Confined Space Rescue

Safety Services Management (SSM) began as a recruiting agency placing EMT's and firefighters into the private sector to perform rescue services. After years of providing staffing for rescue companies, SSM now provides small to large scale standby rescue teams equipped to handle a variety of complex confined space entry’s thought-out California. To make your project easier, SSM also provides safety rental equipment to assist with all of your confined space needs to include:

Illicit Drug Lab Remediation

With the increased surge of lethal opioids contaminating properties, Safety Services Management has included services to use its hazmat experience to safely clean properties contaminated with carfentanil, fentanyl, meth and other illicit drugs. SSM hires only the highest trained individuals to ensure the cleanup is safe for the workers and occupants who reoccupy the property. We can remediate any location to meet regulatory cleanup requirements at a moment's notice.

Meet the Business Owner

Our response team is rigorously trained and made up of current and former military, law enforcement, fire and first responders. The owner of Safety Services Management, Jon Schibsted, is a Hazmat Specialist and former hazmat firefighter with a specialty in emergency response to mitigate chemical releases, spills, radiological events, weapons of mass destruction to include blister agents, nerve agents, biological and nuclear. Our Chief Operations Officer is a former SWAT officer and K9 handler. The executive team hires only the best employees who take pride in their work, and are professional with the utmost integrity.
